General Conditions
After more than 20 years in the Automotive industry, you can trust us to know a lot about springs!! We appreciate your custom, and feedback is important to us, as it is to you no doubt! We will never disclose your contact details to any other party, but we do like to keep you informed of new products etc as they are developed! We are always striving to grow our range, enhance the products and bring you incredibly good deals on all our products.
 
Shipping
We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.  Items are sent using New Zealand Couriers or Streamline Freight, delivery is usually 24-48 hours.

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back.
 
Returns
Goods aren't returnable simply because you changed your mind after purchasing, however, we will arrange replacement or exchange if the goods are damaged in transit or defective in manufacturing quality. You need to contact us within 7 days of the goods arriving so we can claim from the Freight Company concerned. Please note freight for return is credited ONLY for warranty/damaged items.

If your item is unable to be replaced then we will refund your purchase price.
 
Privacy Policy
At JAMEX we respect your privacy and any contact information you provide is only used to advise you when we have special deals on offer.
Your payment details are processed on a secure payment page and are completely confidential.
We will never share your details with anyone else and will never spam you with any information, although we may from time to time share any special offers from our related business partners.
We do collect web-based traffic information regarding visitors to the site for the purpose of site analysis and to make sure it is working.
You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any mailing information held and to correct or delete any information from our mailing lists.

Payment Security
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped.
